We provide our clients assistance in assessing the current or potential efficiencies of various aspects of operation and recommend methods to improve productivity and make a more efficient use of material, time, and financial resources. These analyses have been used to establish baseline criteria for comparison of potential changes in organization or operation, compare performance relative to similarly situated organizations, and determine cost/benefit ratios of improvements. Such analysis can also be used in supporting rates and proposed utility budgets.
